Описание к видео Week 3 Day 5 - Cross Training | Summer 2025 Workout Program | RV Health & Wellness

It's the last day of Week 3 out of our four week Summer 2025 Workout Program and that means it is Cross Training day. Remember, this one is slightly different from the other days of the week where we do three sets of seven 35-second exercises with a 35 second break in the between.

Here’s your lineup:
1. Alternating Lunges – Step it out and power through! Great for legs, glutes, and balance.
2. Jumping or Half Jacks – Choose your pace and get that heart pumping!
3. Floor W Raise – Lay on your stomach with your arms extended straight out to your sides with the elbows bent in a W shape and lift your upper body off the floor while squeezing your shoulder blades together in a “W” formation.
4. March in Place – A quick breather with movement. Keep those feet moving!
5. Russian Twist – Engage that core! Tap side to side and keep the twist strong and controlled.
6. Jumping or Half Jacks – Round two! Get your energy up and keep moving!
7. Pushups – Classic strength. Go full or modify—either way, you’re building serious upper body power

ProTip-Pro Tip: Focus on form over speed—especially during lunges and pushups. Controlled movements activate more muscles, prevent injury, and deliver better results than rushing through the reps!

You're doing amazing—keep showing up and moving forward. One day, one workout, one win at a time!

This month-long exercise program is designed to get you in the groove, tone up that summer bod, get you moving, and get you healthy. Whether you're joining me from your RV, your living room, or somewhere in between, today is all about showing up and getting it done. This is how we'll do it:

M-Th: Three sets of five exercises for 50 seconds each. Each set is followed by a 50-second rest.
F: Three sets of seven (7) exercises for 35 seconds each. Each set is followed by a 35-second rest.
That’s it. Simple and super effective.
