On March 5, 2024, IFPRI and CGIAR, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, organized the workshop, “Agri-food value chains and farm mechanization in Bangladesh” in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The workshop explored the critical role of intermediaries within agri-food value chains and challenges and opportunities facing agricultural mechanization in the country.
