CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE:
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 T. butter
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large garlic glove crushed (or 1 teaspoon garlic salt)
8 cups chicken bone broth
8 ounces wide uncooked egg noodles
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. In a kettle, melt butter and add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Fry until golden brown. Add vegetables and saute until tender. Add garlic, bone broth, uncooked noodles, parsley, and salt, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
