President Richard Nixon Address to the Nation on the Situation in Southeast Asia, April 30, 1970

The President spoke at 9 p.m. from his office in the White House.

President Nixon announced that the combined forces of the United States and South Vietnam will attack North Vietnamese military bases in Cambodia along the border with South Vietnam.
