Turkish Style Banana Cupcake & Breakfast Picnic With Friend | Istanbul Vlog By Aysenur Altan

In this Istanbul Vlog, I am making Turkish Banana Cupcake for a beautiful fall breakfast picnic at 6.30 in the morning. After meeting my best friend in Florya near the Marmara sea cost we set our picnic table and enjoy our Turkish breakfast and tea for hours :) I hope you enjoy the recipe and the vlog.
Ingredients For Banana Cupcake:
3 eggs at room temperature
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 small bananas (ripe) mashed to a more than 3/4 cups
2 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cups walnuts
1/2 cups or more raisin (I like it small so I chop it with a sprinkle of flour)
For the top brow sugar (optional)
This recipe is for 12 cups muffin tray and a small rectangular cake pan
Bake it at 170C oven until toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is evenly browned
