THE BEST PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING YOU EVER TASTED! This dish is a great accompaniment to ham or you can just eat it as a dessert. It's so easy to make and taste so good. I made this as a side dish and everyone loved it......me included! I just couldn't stop eating it! lol
It's such a great combination of sweet from the pineapples and a little crunchy from the bread....add the other ingredients to it and you have a hit on your hands. Give it a try and let me know how you like it. I think you will!
