In diesem All Levels AcroYoga Tutorial zeigen wir euch fünf verschiedene Eingänge in 5 verschiedene Figuren. Die ersten beiden Eingänge (Stuhl & SideStar) sind auf Beginner Level, der dritte und vierte Eingang (Star & Backbird) intermediate und der letzte Eingang (Frontplank) advanced. Wir leiten euch Schritt für Schritt durch diese Eingänge und zeigen euch alle Details auf die ihr achten solltet.

The first two entries (chair & sidestar) are beginner level, the third and fourth entry are intermediate and the last one is advanced.
