In diesem AcroYoga Intermediate Tutorial zeigen wir euch die Vorübung für den "Icing on the Cake" - wir nennen ihn auch Mini Icing. Bei dieser Version sind die Hände von Flieger und Base noch verbunden. Bei der normalen Version nicht mehr, deshalb eignet sich der Mini Icing super als Vorübung für die eigentliche Washing Machine. In this AcroYoga intermediate tutorial we show you the pre-exercise for the "icing on the cake" - we also call it "mini-icing". In this version the hands of the flyer and the base are still connected, which is why it is really useful as a pre-exercise for the full washing machine.
