Triple Chocolate Mousse cake
A stunning fusion of Chocolate, Cream and crushed graham crackers. This smooth and creamy layers of mousse is very rich and scrumptious. You can serve this anytime of the day and you can serve this in your special occasion. What I like in this recipe is it doesn't need to be baked. You just need to make the crust, melt the chocolate and whip the cream; then assemble the layers and chill it.
Crust:
200g graham crackers, crushed
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened(optional)
1 stick butter/margarine, melted

Mousse:
White layer:
2 tsp gelatine(+2 tbsp water to soften the gelatine)
1 cup white chocolate
1/4 cup evaporated milk(more if needed)
1 cup all purpose cream, chilled overnight
2-3 tbsp white sugar
1/8 cup hot water (to dissolve the gelatine)

Milk Chocolate layer:
2 tsp gelatine(+2 tbsp water to softened the gelatine)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup evaporated milk(more if needed)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp instant coffee powder
1 cup all purpose cream, chilled overnight
2-3 tbsp white sugar
1/8 cup hot water (to dissolve the gelatine)

Dark Chocolate Layer:
2 tsp gelatine(+2 tbsp water to softened the gelatine)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate/dark chocolate
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(more if preferred)
1/3 cup evaporated milk(more if needed)
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 cup all purpose cream, chilled overnight
2-3 tbsp white sugar
1/8 cup hot water (to dissolve the gelatine)

*decoration for the cake is optional
