I kicked off the 2022 Big Cold Water Cod Season with an epic double metrey session at Burrinjuck! The condition of these fish is something you have to see.
You can never tell how a session is going to pan out and I definetly didnt expect this one to go the way it did, the fishing has been tough and so I wasn't all that confident on this my first session on the big fish this year, but you have to be in it to win it and on this night everything lined up in what was an epic session. I catch 2 solid metrys and although only a centremeter seperated their length, there was a big difference in the build and weight of these two monsters.
