In this video, I share five simple strategies that can be used by adults or children to manage anxious thoughts and feelings. These ideas are all ones you can use t almost anywhere and nobody even need know you're doing them - so they can be great for busy classroom situations for example.

There are some old favourites and a couple I've not shared before. You can jump to individual ideas using the timestamps below or video chapters - or you can watch the whole thing.
