Grouse Hunt & Cook with my New Puppy - Bushcraft Cooking, Labrador Tea, Canadian Backcountry

In this video, I take my new puppy, Naomi, on her first hunting trip in the local Canadian backcountry. While on the hunt, Naomi and I explore lots of new area - we follow shallow creeks, find large meadows with lots of moose sign, reach an isolated lake and explore it's shores spooking up a whitetail deer and a few range horses, and eventually discover an old abandoned cattle ranch which I had heard was somewhere in the area. Throughout our exploring, I collect some Labrador Tea which I steep using my old alcohol stove, and later I was lucky enough to shoot two grouse - a spruce and a ruffed, which after finding a comfortable spot along an old range fence, I cook on a stick and enjoy with Naomi, concluding our hunting trip in the bush and a great first adventure for Naomi.
