Malai Chicken kofta with white gravy || Creamy Chicken Malai kofta recipe - RKC

This restaurant style Malai Chicken Kofta Curry melts like Butter in the mouth and tastes very good with Roti, Naan and Chapatis. Chicken Malai kofta is very mild and less spicy. Must try recipe.

Ingredients
For kofta
Minced chicken 1 lb
1 small onion finely chopped
3 green chilies
1 handful coriander leaves
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp hung curd
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Mix everything together. Make meat balls and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas for 7 min on medium low flame or until golden brown and set aside.

For Gravy
Heat a pan add 1 small onion
15 cashews
2 green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green cardamom
1 small mace
1 small pieces of cinnamon
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp pepper power
Salt to taste

Once it’s soft. Transfer to a blender
Add 1/2 cup yogurt and blend it well and set aside.

Heat a pan add little oil add ground paste and add 1/2 cup water and mix it well. Once it starts boiling add fried koftas.

Cover and cook for 8-10min on low flame stirring occasionally.
Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and cook it for 2-3 min. Garnish it with coriander leaves and sliced capsicum. Serve hot with Naan Roti or Chappathi.
