Diwali is a month away so we will try to upload a few recipes to help with your Diwali prep. We have been asked to do patha rolls several times by viewers and we decided to show two methods, one super crunchy with spring roll pastry and one quick and easy but still delicious!

You will need either spring roll pastry or samosa pur, patha rolls and lemon juice - so simple!
