This is a 60 minute class. Part of the Body Focus Series for the lower body

A vinyasa class to strengthen, tone and lengthen the legs & hips through traditional asana and mobility drills. A creative flow with some challenges and rest stops along the way.
For practice, you may wish to have a block - this optional addition will add more challenge though you can practice without the block. You may also wish to have a blanket for comfort.
