This is a 60 minute vinyasa class. Part 6 of the full body series of flows designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body. You can find the full playlist of classes here:    • Full Body Series  

This class is designed to bring vitality to your whole body with a particular focus on expanding your physical and energetic heart. Begin with a mellow warm up waving through cat, cow, preparing the shoulders in Anahatanasana and some mild backbends, sphinx, locust. cobra. Traditional Surya Namaskar A to warm and open the whole body followed by a standing series of warrior flow. Peak in 1/2 moon and optional bound 1/2 moon - Ardha Chandra Chapasana. Some light, creative core work before winding down and resting in a longer, guided shavasana.

For practice, option to have a block & belt or something similar though not essential.
