Potato Casserole
1- 2lb bag southern style hash brown
1- medium onion Chopped
1- cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup of pepperjack cheese
Mix together:
1- stick butter(melted)
1- can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
2- cup sour cream
Italian seasoning
2 heaping spoons of daisy creamy ranch dip
chopped bacon 1 cup
heavy cream 1 cup
Mix well with potato mixture
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 cup Italian panko
sprinkle cheese on top last ten min
Mix well and spread over potato mixture, baked at 350' for 30-45 minutes or until bubbling
