We Moved into a Tesla Cybertruck

Описание к видео We Moved into a Tesla Cybertruck

We are moving into a Tesla Cybertruck and taking it completely off the grid around Utah in the USA. We will be eating, sleeping and living out of the Cybertruck for almost a full week to test if this vehicle is a good option for car camping.

Our journey started in Salt Lake City where we picked up the Tesla Cybertruck an let us tell you, seeing it in person is a memorable moment of its own. We quickly settled in, bought some grocery and hit the road toward the Capitol Reef National Park in Utah.

Our first night was on a remote campground named Red Cliff Camp, a camp without electricity which is not ideal when doing a road trip in an electric car, especially on night one when we have no concept on how the battery will do overnight. So we played it safe and slept in the bed of the Cybertruck watching one of the must beautiful night sky we had ever seen. The Capitol Reef National Park is actually a certified dark sky reserve.

The next morning, we woke up, had breakfast inside the Tesla and drove straight to the national park where we did a couple hikes, picked some apples and ate some pie. The Capitol Reef National Park is often forgotten in Utah and is the least visited park in the state. We personally loved visiting it that National Park as it felt less commercial and had less people around.

Due to a rainstorm, we decided to test our second sleeping option which was inside the Cybertruck. Tracey was in the front on the passenger seat and I was lying on the back floor after raising up the backseat of the truck. With the Tesla camp mode on, I have to say, the sleeping conditions were pretty comfortable. Levelled vehicle, Netflix and temperature controlled cabin, what else can you ask for. This is truly when we tested the Tesla Cybertruck's battery and we were surprised to see the camping mode only losing about 1% an hour.

We are slowly falling in love with the Tesla Cybertruck which we never thought was possible. Let's see if we change our minds as we make our way to the Zion National Park also in Utah. Another vlog coming soon!
