Melt Cosmetics & Urban Decay Glitter Makeup Tutorial

I'm completely obsessed with the Urban Decay Vice Special Effect Top Coats! These are meant for use on the lips, but they perform surprisingly well on the eyes too! I wanted to use some of my favorite eyeshadows for this look as well, so I used the Melt cosmetics Dark Matter Stack, and the Makeup Atelier Smoke Variation and Burnt Umber palettes that I got from Beautylish.
