자극적이지 않는 asmr 영상을 만들려고 해요. 너무나 고요해서 진짜 편안하게 느껴지는 그런 일상의 소리를 담으려고 합니다.

여러분은 매일 아무렇지도 않게 하는 일이 있으신가요?

저는 매일 같은 일 몇 개를 아무렇지도 않게 하고 삽니다.
이번 영상은 그 중에 하나를 보여드리게 되는 영상인데요,
제가 보이차를 부수고 소분하고 마시는 걸 준비하는 영상입니다.

저는 매일 보이차를 마십니다.
아침에 눈을 뜨고는 반쯤 감긴 눈으로 뜨거운 물이 있는 통을 찾아 느릿느릿 걷습니다.
그리고 세차를 하고 차가 우려질 동안 세안을 하고 이를 닦습니다.
한번 우려진 차를 보온텀블러에 담고 다시 한 번 더 차를 우립니다.
그리고 차를 마시며 모닝페이지를 쓰지요.

보이차 중 숙차를 주로 마시고, 숙차는 자주 자주 찻잎을 부수어 소분해 놓습니다.
차주전자에 우려마실 떄도 있고, 유리에 우려 마실 때도 있습니다.

저는 매일 보이차를 마시며 제 몸을 따뜻하게 만듭니다.
번거로운 과정인데, 저라는 사람은 그게 또 좋더라고요.
영상을 만들며 편집을 하다가 문득 든 생각은
이렇게 매일 차를 우리는 것이 나를 사랑하는 방법이 될 수도 있겠구나..하는 생각이 들었습니다.
그래서 ‘ 나의 삶을 사랑하는 방식 ‘이라는 말이 떠올랐습니다.

I do a few of the same things every day.
This video will show you one of them,
It's a video where I prepare to break down puer tea, divide it, and drink it.

I drink puer tea every day.
I open my eyes in the morning and walk slowly looking for a bucket of hot water with half-closed eyes.
Then I wash puer tea, wash my face, and brush my teeth while the car comes out.
Put the brewed tea in a thermos tumbler and make the tea again.
And I write a morning pager while drinking tea.Put the brewed tea in the thermos tumbler and make the tea again.

Among puer tea, I usually drink tea, and I often break the tea leaves and divide them into small pieces.
Sometimes I drink it in a teapot, sometimes I drink it in glass.

I drink puer tea every day and make my body warm.
It's a cumbersome process, but I like it a lot.
While I was making the video and editing it, I suddenly thought
I think drinking tea every day like this could be the way to love me..That's what I thought.
So the word 'the way I love my life' came to mind.
I'm sure a lot of people who are watching this have their own way, right?
