salt to taste

4 tbsp roasted chana powder

500 grams extra long grain basmati rice
1 tbsp full salt
1 tbsp oil
few drops lemon juice
3 bay leaf
2 stick cinnamon
4 cloves
3 cardomons
1 star anise
1mace
6 pepper corns
1 TSP cumin seed

4 medium onions sliced
2 medium tomato pureed
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 TSP red chilli
1 TSP cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 TSP garam masala
1/2 TSP turmeric
salt to taste
coriander leaves chopped
1.tbsp desi ghee
2 drops kevera essence
2 drops orange food colour
