I must say, it's very rare to come by a township development of 43 acres in Penang Island. But this didn't come easy as the founder spent years negotiating and relocating all the squatters. So this gives the team a great opportunity to conduct great town planning strategies such as integrated livings, connected buildings, infrastructure improvements and etc. These are in contrast to the usual pocket land developments around the address.

It's also my first time having building technology and construction method as part of the selling points. Transfer beams, rainwater down pipe designs, piling designs, low-e glass, smart home system and etc are committed in their marketing collaterals. This shows that they are really doing their best to differentiate MUZE from the surrounding buildings.

However, there are a lot of elements to consider when making a unit selection. Orientation matters because some units face each other, unit floor level matters as some will have facilities, furnishing matters as it will affect pricings... But generally the main target audience would still be for own stay purposes based on the spacious and squarish layout design.

This township is easily gonna take 15 to 20 years and I'm glad we checked out phase 1=)
