INGREDIENTS:-
10 Long Parval (pointedGourd) scrap the outer skin cut both the points give once long cut and remove the flesh from inside with scope. And deep fry it and keep aside.
PREPARATION OF PARVAL STUFFING :-
Take pan put butter once butter melts then add
2 Green chilli chopped
1/2inch Ginger grated
1big Onion finely chopped saute till become brown then add
200gm Paneer greated add
1tsp Chat masala
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/4tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp corriender powder Mix well all the above with hand full of Chopped coriander leaf
Now fill into the fried parval keep aside.

PREPARATION OF GRAVY
3 big Onion Chopped roughly and Grind finely
2 tomato chopped and grinded
2tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste
1/2cup Poppyseed and cashunut paste

DRY MASALA
11/2tbsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
1tbsp Kashmir mirch powder
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
1tbsp kasuri methi

WHOLE MASALA:-
4 CLOVE
3 Green Cardamom
1Black cardamom
1inch cinnamon
small piece javitri
Crushed the above ingredients

1) Take a pan pour oil as per requirement once oil heats then add
1 Bayleaf
1tsp cumin seed
and
2) all whole Crushed masala once it starts spluttering then put
3) 1 finely chopped Onion once Onion become brown then put
4) Ginger garlic Green chilli paste saute then add
5) Tomato puree saute for one minute then all the Dry Masala with little water and stire till it releases the oil
6) Add Grinded Onion and cook till all moisture evaporated and release the oil add salt and kasuri methi mix well
7) Add Poppyseed and cashunut paste mix well add 2tbsp cream mix well with hand full of Chopped coriander leaf
8) Add hot water for gravy After one boil add stuffed parval cook for 3 mints with close lid then serve hot.
