Modern Arnis basics 11: linear striking styles

Here we work the first five Modern Arnis striking styles: Banda y Banda, Rompida, Up-Down, Figure 8, and Sungkiti. Each of these linear striking styles deliver attacks along a line at the point of contact. We show execution, targeting, and application of these strikes in the air and against both a training partner and a training dummy. This is the first of 3 videos exploring the core Modern Arnis striking styles.
