Ferd Terado is a Certified Professional Instructor (Guro) in the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali System and the founder of Hastartes Tactical. He is a direct student of Tuhon Tim Waid, Master Instructor and President of PTK-SMF. As part of the CPI Program, Ferd established the affiliate group PTK-SMF Peninsula in Foster City, CA, and the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali [Kidlat] training group in San Diego, CA.
