Moore Fun is a tale of two trails. If you thought the original route of East to West wasn’t enough, well I have a way for you to double the misery!!!! The gnarliest out and back can be yours at the price of a ripped derailleur, 2 flats, 3 shinners, and 4 tears. FEEL THE PAIN!!!

The key differences and between the West to East vs. the East to West are that the Western climb is significantly more less achievable. If you wanted to see us climb these features, too bad, we walked. You can catch a glimpse of this terrain on the previous video on the downhill.

Since the climb is essentially more impossible there has to be a key trade off. Good news, there is. The route has a more sustained technical downhill back to the trailhead with some really gnarly areas. Interestingly enough, I think this downhill is Moore Fun in this route and less sketchy. Speaking of downhill Sheyn will be operating the camera on one of my favorite downhills!

Combined as an epic “out and back” Moore Fun is my 3rd all time favorite ride in the Grand Valley. An incredible challenge of fitness, climbing, and technical descending. If you want to intimately get to know your bike, this trail will reveal all, that’s why it’s a keystone stage in my Outdoor Gold Enduro.
