Exercises To Increase Sperm Count and Sperm motility | Exercises For PME | Bharat Homeopathy

Today in this video, we will talk about exercises that assure excellent results for low sperm count, male infertility, and premature ejaculation.

Let’s get started:-

You can start warming up by stretching your elbows, rotating your wrists, and moving your legs.

First Exercise:-

Sit straight with your ankles facing towards your pelvic region and your knees facing outwards.
Slowly, move your knee upwards while breathing in and relax them to go downwards while breathing out.

Repeat this for about 5-10 times

Second Exercise:-

Lie face down on your mat and bring your hands beneath your shoulders.
Slowly, lift your upper body while breathing in and looking slightly forward and up. Hold for a minute.

Lower down gently while breathing out.

Repeat this for about 5-6 times.

Third Exercise:-

Simple version: Lie down on your mat, join your legs and move them upwards then place them on a wall or support.

Complex version: Repeat the same as above without the support.

Fourth Exercise:-

Inhale and lift your body off the floor, pushing your pelvis, lower back, and feet.

Slowly, relax your body and come down while breathing out.

These exercises will increase oxygen and blood flow in the body which assures great results and shows improvement in sperm production and other problems.
