This video will show you how to remove the front bumper cover and replace the bumper reinforcement. I finally get to use my angle grinder to cut stuff :)

Applies to Ford Flex 2009 - 2012

Most of the steps also apply to 2013+. The only difference is that for those years you will need to remove the grille first before you can take off the bumper cover.
