Описание к видео Pilates and Mindfulness for Well-Being. Mighty Glutes

During our sessions with we follow the Pilates Method and the qualities of Mindfulness.
The classes are open to all levels of fitness as we start slowly with breathing exercises and slow pace movements and moving gradually to more complex and compound exercises.
We notice the muscles that are working during each exercise paying attention to the connection between mind and body. We become aware of the connection between relaxation and effort as each cell of our body internalizes this memory developing new habits. We notice how the muscles and breathing adapt to effort by training them daily and we become aware of eliciting the relaxation response when we need it to calm the body and mind.
During the sessions please listen to your body and only do the exercises that are fit for you. With each workout the muscle strengthen and the body becomes stronger. Gradually as the muscles grow we can increase the number of repetitions and the difficulty but we need to manifest another quality - patience.
