Seafood Pasta with Squid Ink Pasta(Squid ink Tagliolini) | Tagliolini al Nero di Seppia allo Scoglio

I made seafood pasta with squid ink pasta! This type of pasta I made is squid ink tagliolini. The full name of this dish is tagliolini al nero di seppia allo scoglio.

Scoglio I believe in Italian means rock, which describes the shellfish. So, the main components of this pasta dish consist of varieties of shellfish. This time, I made them with prawns and clams. Of course, you can make the tagliolini pasta without the squid ink, it will turn out to be just as delicious!

This is another dish I've made using the tomato sauce from a previous video but this pasta would be just as delicious even without it (to get a very clean seafood flavor profile.)
When I make this dish, I would always go back and forth between the tomato version and the non-tomato version!
