This perspective is coming from someone who grew up and lived in Surrey for 21 years before moving to Abbotsford. So I would say i have a pretty unbiased opinion when it comes to living in Abbotsford BC.

Abbotsford, British Columbia is a city located in the Fraser Valley region of the province. It is known for its beautiful natural surroundings and access to outdoor recreational activities. Some of the best neighbourhoods in Abbotsford include:

East Abbotsford: East Abbotsford is a popular neighbourhood located in the eastern part of the city. It is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and access to amenities such as schools, parks, and shopping centers.

Eagle Mountain: Eagle Mountain is a popular neighbourhood located in the eastern part of the city. It is known for its massive upscale homes and wealthy demographic. Eagle mountain has some of the best views you'll find in Vancouvers metro area with panoramic views of the Fraser Valley.

Clayburn Village: Clayburn Village is a small, historic neighbourhood located in the eastern part of the city. It is known for its charming homes and access to amenities such as schools, parks, and shopping centers.

McMillan: McMillian is known for its family-friendly environment with a demographic made up of mostly younger families and couples. Lots of great schools and parks located in this part of town which affordable starter detached homes.
