We make our inaugural tour in St. Catherine parish and we make our first stop at one of the most elaborate housing developments we have ever visited. Welcome to Caymanas Country Club Estates!! A secluded private and gated community which provides peace of mind for its residences.

This area is located in close proximity to major towns such as the parish capital of Spanish Town and is only just about 20km from Half Way Tree in Kingston. This housing development is nestled in the lush valley with a mountainous backdrop and vast amount of greenery surrounding the area.

This Two-phased development first became available in October 2013 with many homeowners singing praises as to the location, designs and the level of security this development provides. In this video, we focused mainly on Phase 1 and showcase all the amenities on offering and give close-up aerial shots of the homes within.

We are excited to present this area as it is our first time in the parish and we look forward to presenting more areas within St. Catherine and get more acquainted with folks from this region.
