I vlogged mums birthday, dads birthday and our holiday to morfa nefyn in north Wales. I also talk about comparisons, weight restoration, and everything recovery brings.

this video is NOT showing full days of eating. I did NOT film everything I ate. like with any what I eat in a day style video, please don't compare yourself to me... im not longer experiencing extreme hunger as severely, but when I was I was eating a LOT more than this! also, I am weight restored now, and by listening to my hunger signals I am naturally maintaining my weight. every body is different, we all require different amounts of food, and we all have a different 'happy weight'
