Ingredients and Measurements:
2 eggplants (about 20-25 slices)
2.5 cup soaked split peas
6 wiri wiri peppers
10-20 cloves garlic
1/4 cup water to grind the peas (more or less depending on your blender)
1/2 cup all purpose flour (more or less depending on how much water you added to grind the peas)
1 tsp. baking powder (OPTIONAL)
2 tsp. tumeric powder
