750g of room temp butter
3 large egg White
300g powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
895g All purpose flour
1 tbsp of salt


-Linzer Cookie dough ( I used 2 portions of dough)

40g all purpose flour
60gAlmond flour
1 tbsp Almond extract


Sugar cookie dough ( 1 portion of dough)

1 tbsp of vanilla extract
50g of all Purpose flour


-Red velvet Cookie dough ( piping bag)( 1 portion of dough)

1 tsp of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of food colour ( red gel)



-Red velvet Cookie( without cocoa powder)( 1 portion of dough)

1/2 tsp of food colour ( red)
50g of all purpose flour
