We try to cook the famous clam broth ramen from Mugi to Olive (むぎとオリーブ) in Ginza, Tokyo, considered by many as the best shellfish based ramen shop in Japan. We are attempting Shaulan's interpretation of the Triple Soba (Clam, Chicken and Niboshi soup mixed in to one), finishing the dish with a touch of extra virgin olive oil, giving the broth some strength and a bit of creaminess.
