All you need is a soft surface and a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells . This workout is broken down into 2 total sets. With a 60 second rest between.

There are no big modifications for this workout but we recommend reducing the weight or even dropping to bodyweight if necessary. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for if you're looking to build strength/muscle mass and lose body fat.
