#曼食慢语
过年总是少不了腊味,除了自家从小吃到大的,别人家的腊味大家不想尝尝吗~今天我就用了湖南腊肉、安徽刀板香和贵州腊香排来做个香芋芡实煲。芋头熬煮之后会吸饱腊味的咸鲜,软糯又带有肉香,汤汁浓香,吃起来有淡淡的烟熏味,在家就能尝到不同地方的年味,温暖又治愈~

▋食材Ingredients

湖南腊肉100g,100g Hunan dry smoked pork

安徽刀板香咸肉100g,100g Anhui salted pork

贵州腊香排骨150g,150g Guizhou dry smoked ribs

荔浦芋头500g,500g taro

鸡头米70g,70g Qianshi

葱花一大勺,1 tbsp chopped green onion

姜一小块,A piece of ginger

蒜瓣5个,5 cloves garlic

黄酒2大勺,2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine

白胡椒一小撮,pinch of white pepper

糖1小勺,1 tsp sugar

椰浆4大勺,4 tbsp coconut milk
