I Made Albania's National Dish | Qofte / Kernacka

In my tastes from the road series, I am setting out to cook national dishes from every country I have traveled to. Albanian food is known for it's influences from different occupations by the Romans, Ottomans and Italians, but with their very own Albanian twists and Mediterranean flair.

Qofte / Kernacka Ingredient List
500g ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon red chile flakes
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 table spoon salt
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup ice cold water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or corn flour
