So in order to get this variation of the Leda fight you must complete the Thiollier Questline and the Ansbach Questline in order to be able to summon both of them.
After you have shattered Miquella's charm tell Moore to remain sad forever, tell Leda to go after Hornsent, side against Hornsent during the Leda questline, side with Ansbach against Leda and do not give the letter to Freyja although in this run I just ignored Freyja entirely until I finished the Ansbach questline so that's also an option.
This must all be done before you burn the tree after Romina.
