Join me for a 30 minute yin yoga class to help with anxiety & stress during these uncertain times. These gentle yin yoga poses will leave you feeling fully stretched and deeply relaxed. This class is prop free! All you need is yourself, your mat & some cosy clothes.


What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga is a slower and more meditative practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin yoga deepens the flexibility and elasticity of your connective tissues and fascia while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
