Sometimes our hard work takes us to such a point, which we might not even think about. Something similar happened with Vikesh Shah, Vikesh started working in a small cake shop in Mumbai from the age of just 18. He earned Rs 700 a month at the store, and reached the position of manager in just two years. Soon after, she quit, and in 2007 opened her own corporate catering venture and started a bakery called The Happiness Deli. They had steamed up the growing popularity of pastries and English desserts in India at that time. And filling the same gap, he decided to open pancake quick service restaurant (QSR) chain. And in 2017 he opened his first outlet in Mumbai. Due to selling pancake for 99 rupees, the name of the shop was 99 Pancakes. And during 2018 and 2019, they opened 65 new stores in India. Whose revenue was Rs 16 crore in 2020.

कभी कभी हमारी मेहनत हमे,ऐसे मुकाम तक ले जाती है, जिसके बारे में हम शायद सोच भी नही सकते| ऐसा ही कुछ हुआ विकेश शाह के साथ,विकेश ने महज़ 18 साल की उम्र से ही, मुंबई में एक छोटी सी cake की दुकान पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया था। उन्होंने store पर, 700 रुपये महिने की कमाई की,और केवल दो सालो में ही manager के पद तक पहुंच गए। इसके तुरंत बाद, उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़ दी,और 2007 में अपना खुद का corporate catering venture open किया |और The Happiness Deli नाम की एक बेकरी शुरू कर दी| उन्होंने उस वक्त भारत में पेस्ट्री और अंग्रेजी डेसर्ट की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता को भाप लिया था | औऱ उसी gap को fill करते हुए , उन्होंने pancake quick service restaurant (QSR) chain खोलने का फैसला किया| और 2017 में उन्होंने अपना पहला outlet Mumbai में खोला | 99 रुपए में pancake बेचने के कारण shop का नाम 99 Pancakes पड़ गया | और 2018 और 2019,के दौरान भारत में उन्होंने 65 नये stores खोल दिये| जिनका revenue 2020 में 16 crore रुपए था।
