Ingredients:
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 pod cardamom
3 cloves
1 bay leaf
1/2 mace flower
2 small piece cinnamon sticks
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chopped red onion
3 pod of chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/2 tomato
6-7 goat leg pieces (cleaned & washed)
Salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 tsp black pepper powder (can be added more)
4 cups water
Few coriander leaves
