🔥炒牛展 重點🔥
1,急凍牛展,清水解凍至半硬半軟
就要開始切片,牛展太軟,係好難切

2,炒牛展牛肉,一開始將牛展鋪平鑊面
兩面煎封一分鐘,牛肉牛展先好食㗎

材料🐂 調味料🍶
急凍牛展 1隻 醃肉醬汁 2湯匙
菠蘿粒 1罐 生粉 1茶匙
三色椒 200克
薑片 幾片

處理:
1. 牛腱,用清水解凍,5~7分鐘,將它切片,大概2毫米一塊
2. 將切好的牛腱片再放入清水解凍
3. 菠蘿,每1塊開4小塊。
4. 紅黃青燈籠椒各半個,切小塊
5. 薑,切片。
6. 牛腱解凍後沖淨,印乾水分。
7. 用2湯匙醃肉醬汁醃牛腱15至20分鐘。

烹調:
1. 將1湯匙油落鑊燒熱。
2. 爆香彩椒,上碟備用。
3. 1湯匙生粉混入牛腱,攪勻。
4. 1湯匙油落鑊燒熱。將牛腱鋪平在鑊上,再放入薑片,反轉牛腱煎熟另一面。
5. 將彩椒回鑊,兜炒1分鐘,將菠蘿回鑊,大火快速兜炒,上碟。

Ingredients:

Frozen beef shin 1 No.
Canned diced 1 can
pineapple
(Retain the syrup)
Ginger several
slices

Seasoning:
Seasoning sauce 2 tbsp
Tapioca starch 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Defrost the beef shin about 5~7 minutes. Slice it about 2mm thick each.
2. Defrost the slices shin into the water.
3. Each slices pineapple divided into four shares.
4. Red, yellow, green bell pepper to be halved and cut well.
5. Slice the ginger.
6. Dry the beef shin with kitchen towel after it has been cleaned up.
7. Season the beef shin with the seasoning sauce about 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:

1. Put 1 tbsp oil into wok.
2. Stir fry the bell pepper for 1 minute. Put it on a plate.
3. Put 1 tbsp tapioca starch Mic with the beef shin.
4. Put 1 tbsp oil into wok. Place the beef shin on wok evenly, fry for 1 minute, put the ginger slice into wok, until the beef shin has been cooked.
5. Put all the pepper into wok, put pineapple cubes as,well, adjust to high flame, fry for 1.minute. Serve.
