Chili recipe:
2 1⁄2 lb (900-950 grams) ground beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1⁄4 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves
3 canss whole peeled canned tomatoes in juice, pureed
can of pinto beans

shredded cheddar and monterey jack
Frito Original Corn chips
sour cream
red onion
green pepper
