Temperature Instructions

The chops are
*rare at 120°F
*medium rare at 125°F
*medium at 130°F
*and well done at 145°F and higher.

tip: Lamb can take on a gamey flavor when cooked past medium.

Pan Seared Mutton/Lamb Chops:
Ingredients:

700 gm mutton / lamb chops
salt to taste
1 tsp lal mirch/ red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi/ turmeric
1 tablespoon dhanya / coriander powder
2 tablespoons tikka masala( store bought)
1 tsp kaali mirch/black pepper powder
3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup dahi/yoghurt
2-3 tablespoons adrak lehsun/ ginger garlic paste.

SKILLET POTATOES
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon zeera/ cumin
1/2 teaspoon kutti hui laal mirch/ chilli flakes
