Press Ups are a common exercises for back and disc pain. But if you're like me, and have weak arms, it feels like doing a bunch of push ups...my arms get tired...then my back starts doing the work and I lose the gains of the exercise! Not good.

So I started doing these alternatives. It worked for my back and many of my patients since. Hope you like them too! Let me know how it goes.
