Today i am sharing valor muthiya nu shak recipe which is very delicious and easy to make in this season valor papadi are also available in market so i have made this sabji so friends try out this recipe and give feedback in comment box ..


valor muthiya nu shaak

8 to 9 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tbsp hing
200 gram brinjal
100 gram papadi
100 gram valor
salt to taste
1 tbsp jaggery
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tomato
water as required

for masala
8 to 9 garlic cloves
2 green chilly
1 red chilly
1 inch ginger
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp green coriander
2 tbsp nadiadi chavanu



for muthiya
1/2 cup green fenugreek
3 to 4 tbsp besan
3 tbsp peanut powder
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp oil
2 pinch of baking soda
oil for frying
