HOW TO MAKE: Stuffed Calamari | David Rocco's Recipes

Hey guys!! I'm showing you how to make stuffed calamari!

I love this recipe and so does everyone who’s had it. Don’t start busting chops about using salami and cheese for the stuffing and how it’s so wrong with seafood.... it’s how my entire family in Italy does it and it’s awesome!!!
If you have any doubts, try it and you can thank me later.. and a little tip, add an extra splash of white wine so you can throw some spaghetti over that sauce for a nice primo and have the stuffed calamari afterwards as a secondo.
