1 tsp Sugar

1 tbs Ginger garlic Paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp Red chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
1\2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Butter and coriander leaves

Jeera Rice

1 cup Long Grain Basmati Rice
salt to taste
1 tsp Oil
2 tbs Ghee
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tsp Black pepper
1 cinnamon Stick
1 bay leaf
2 tbs Coriander leaves

Kaju Paneer Masala
1\2 Cup Cashew Nuts
250 gm Paneer
2 onion
3 tomato
1 small piece of ginger
10-12 garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1\4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbs Kashmiri red chilli Powder
2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp Coriadner Powder
1 tbs KAsoori methi
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick

Aloo Gobi Masala
small Cauliflower
2 potatoes
2 tomatos puree
4-5 tbs Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 piece of ginger
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1\2 tsp Turmeric POwder
coriadner Leaves
1 tsp Kasoori methi
salt as per taste
